Global Village English Centres Inc. has announced the opening of a new campus on the East coast of Australia, with GV Byron Bay to be officially launched on April 20th.
"Byron Bay ideally complements our existing locations in Australia, and this new school offers our agents another great resort environment to promote to their clients" said Ian Pratt, Managing Director of the GV Noosa and Brisbane campuses. He adds: "We have received wonderful encouragement from our agents to add the Byron location to the GV brand in Australia, and we are looking forward to what already looks like being very rapid growth in our new school. We have invested heavily in the past few years in curriculum design and teacher training, and I anticipate that the success that we have enjoyed as a result of this investment in Noosa and Brisbane will be replicated in Byron Bay."
Robin Adams, President of the GVEC Group, has expressed his strong support for the new venture. "We're naturally delighted to see this further development of the GV presence in Australia, and we anticipate that the team in Australia will bring the same success to Byron Bay as they have to their existing locations. In difficult times internationally, growth such as this shows the continued strength of Global Village's schools."
GV Byron Bay will be managed and marketed by the same team as the current campuses, with Damian Shanahan appointed as School Director. |
